Merchant Participation

By registering as a Claimit Affiliate Merchant, the merchant agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Claimit policies.

Merchant Registration

Merchants must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Business Name
• Contact Information
• Address
• Business Category
• Promotional Details
• Other information requested during registration

Merchants are responsible for keeping their information updated.

Reward Zone Participation

Merchants participating in the Reward Zone acknowledge that:

• Customers may receive Reward Points based on eligible purchases.
• Customers may receive cashback benefits subject to platform rules.
• Reward calculations are governed by Claimit policies.
• Claimit may modify reward structures from time to time.

Redeem Zone Participation

Merchants participating in the Redeem Zone agree that:

• Discount percentages offered to customers are determined by the merchant.
• Approved discounts will be honoured during the validity period.
• Merchants shall not unfairly deny valid Claimit redemptions.

Merchant Listings

Merchants authorize Claimit to display:

• Business Name
• Address
• Contact Details
• Business Description
• Images
• GPS Location
• Promotional Information

Within the Claimit platform and related marketing materials.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• Product quality
• Service quality
• Pricing
• Warranties
• Customer interactions
• Compliance with applicable laws

Claimit acts only as a technology platform and does not guarantee merchant products or services.

Cashback & Rewards Verification

Claimit reserves the right to:

• Validate transactions
• Review reward claims
• Investigate suspicious activities
• Delay, modify, or reject rewards where fraud or misuse is suspected

Promotional Activities

Merchants may participate in:

• Nearby Deals
• Brand Deals
• Promo Reelz
• Featured Promotions
• Other marketing campaigns

Participation may be subject to separate advertising terms.

Subscription Fees

• Merchant subscriptions, renewals, and promotional plans may be subject to applicable fees.
• All fees paid are subject to Claimit's prevailing policies.

Refund Policy

• Merchant subscription fees and promotional charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Claimit in writing.

Merchant Conduct

Merchants agree not to:

• Provide misleading information
• Manipulate transactions
• Create fake purchases
• Abuse reward systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities

Suspension & Termination

Claimit reserves the right to suspend or terminate merchant participation for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Misrepresentation
• Abuse of platform services

Limitation of Liability

Claimit shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Customer disputes
• Service interruptions
• Third-party failures
• Promotional performance outcomes

Changes To Terms

• Claimit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
